It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Galen Morgan Purcell (Dover, Delaware), born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Gale Thornbury and Edward J. Purcell; and his siblings, Edward J. Purcell Jr., Stephen E. Purcell and Anne Kirby.
He is survived by: his wife Lana Purcell (O'Connor) of Magnolia; his children, Amanda Durham (David) of Dover, Patrick Purcell of Wilmington and Caitlin Noce (AJ) of Newark; his grandson Connor Noce; his sister Wendie Marsden; his niece Melissa Robinson; and his aunt Jane Cullen (Jim).
