He is survived by: his siblings, Norma Cannon of Dover, DE and Malchus "Mack" Mills; and his children, Delma "Del" Mims (Eddie) of Wilson, NC, Lillian "Lil" Allen of Fairborn, OH, Winter Ireland of Xenia, OH, Mildred "Mickey" Ireland of Dover, DE, Carol Mills of Bear, DE and Deborah "Debbie" Butler of Felton, DE.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
