He is survived by: his wife Barbara Morgan Pettyjohn; his daughter Susan Pettyjohn Gould (Michael); his grandchildren, Michael Pettyjohn (Stephanie) and Taylor Pettyjohn Rinkerman (Eric); his great grandchildren, Vincent Sperduto, Marco Sperduto and Hudson Pettyjohn; his brother Robert Pettyjohn (Carol); Nadezhda Gould (Nadia) and Jackson Gould.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests [donations be made to the First State Animal Center SPCA, Camden, DE, in George's memory.
