He is survived by: his son Rev. Gregory Williams (Michelle) of Columbia, SC.; and his siblings, Euniceteen Smith (General), Ira Williams (Valides), Roy Williams (Evelyn), Larry Williams and Defonza Williams. He is also survived by Aunt, Nieces, Nephew, Cousins.
