He is survived by: his son William Brobst of Hampton, VA; his grandchildren, Ariel Brobst, Trent McIssac, Megan McIssac and Monique Braxton; and his great grandchildren, Luna McIssac and Mia Schlitz.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19901). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital honoring them for helping him when he was a child, and Shriners Hospital.
