He was predeceased by: his father Zevi Deputy. He is survived by: his sister Edith Pauline Young of Dover; his grandson Joseph Waters, Jr.; and his caregiver Wanda Harmon (Juan Rodriguez) of Dover. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
