He is survived by: his wife Mary Bell; his children, Kevin Bell of Easton, MD, Keith Bell of Easton, MD, Tarraye Bell of Easton, MD, Terrance Bell (Bonita) of Cambridge, MD, Dionne Bell of St. Michael's, MD and Keisha Brown-Bell of Dover, DE; his stepsons, Neal Simpson (Shauntay) of Smyrna, DE and Michael Simpson of Dover, DE; his grandchildren, Dr. Tashieka "Tia" Bell, Tyvanne Bell, Kordey Jenkins, Taryn Bell, Latonya "Jady" Bell, Tristen Bell, Tynisha Bell, Allegra Bullock and Zane Bell; his great grandchildren, Zy'Ae Bell, Juknee Jones, Javion Jones, TyVanne Bell, Jr., Alomiya Bell and Hendricks Bullock; and also, Johari Brow-Bell and Silas Simpson. He is also survived by nephews and nieces, and friends.
