He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Margaret. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his daughter Christine M. Clarke (Jag Singh); his grandchildren, Ava, Holden and Beckett Singh; his son Kevin J. Clarke (Jessica); his grandchildren, Riley and Brayden Clarke; his stepchildren, Kelly Cronin (Jesse Felter) and Katie Cronin (David Fox); and his stepgrandchildren, Ruby, Alice Felter, Ella and Maeve Fox.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19901). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel South (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19901).
