It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Scheers of Dover, Delaware, who passed away on September 27, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Scheers and Clara Scheers; his son James Edward Scheers II; and his siblings, Oscar, Gene, Frank, Clarence and Margaret.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Scheers; his daughter Chelsey Scheers; his grandchildren, Cody Scheers, Riley Scheers, Caylee Scheers and Olivia Baker; and his siblings-in-law, Becky Hodge, Nancy Scheers and David Hodge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
