It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Quail (Dover, Delaware), who passed away on February 5, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Quail and Ruth Quail; and his siblings, Betty, Carrine, Helena, Alice, Harriet, Anna Mae, Deloris, Margaret, Calvin, Louis, Robert, Barett, Clifford, Paul, Herbert Jr., Harold and Theodore.

He is survived by: his sisters, Dorothy Morris of Tampa, FL and Arnetta Brooks (Jimmy); his nephew Neal Quail; and his girlfriend Gloria "Bunny" Brooks of Dover, DE. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
