He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim and Helen; his siblings, Jeannie Belle and Charlie; and his siblings-in-law, Elmer Wooleyhand, Rick Carlton and Ruth Anderson.

He is survived by: his grandson Carter James Tremaine; his daughter Danica Collins (Ed); his grandchildren, Peggy Anderson (James Murray) and Corey Tremaine (Kevin James); his siblings, Jack (Carol), David, Donal (Buzzy), Howard Anderson (Deedle), Agnes Hicks (Steve), Geritzi (Ritzie) and Brenda Wolleyhand; and his grandchildren, Charlie Lou, Carter Tremaine, EJ and Kate Collins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
