He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Shreves; his children, James Shreves (Chey), Michelle Shreves (Eric), Samantha Sullivan (Reese) and Alexandria Osborne; his siblings, Deborah Efaw (Randy) and Daniel Shreves (Linda); and his grandchildren, Brandy Shreves, Alyssa Shreves, Brooke Shreves, Aubree Sullivan and Reese Sullivan Jr..
