He is survived by: his wife Darlene Hart Pippin of Dover, DE; his daughters, Donna P. Kruger (Jim) of New Creek, WV and Deanna P. Herr (David) of Chestertown, MD; his grandchildren, Jamie Wester (Andrew) of Dover, DE, Britney Palekar (Tom) of Milton, DE, Jessica Johnson (Chris) of Sudlersville, MD, Jordan Cooper (JW) of Smyrna, DE, Brendon Usilton of Chestertown, MD and Hayley Usilton (Regan) of Annapolis, MD; and his great grandchildren, AJ, Connor, Wyatt, Madeline, John, Aubrie, Ella, Noah, Caleb, Olivia, Addelyn and Paisley.
