Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19901). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel East (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19901).
