With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanette C. Mullen of Dover, Delaware, born in Kingston, New York, who passed away on September 25, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. James C Crandall and Mary Crandall of Saugerties, NY. She is survived by: her brother Donald Crandall; her niece Nancy Oakes of California; her nephew Don R. Crandall, Jr. of Alaska; her cousins, John Hrinak (Linda) of Middletown, DE, Deborah Lowdnes of New Jersey and Laura S. Crandall; and her friends, Crystal Stump, Roz Gearson, Harold Marmon, Robert Hill, Beth Waite, Jan Holland and Laurel Baird.
