He is survived by: his mother Ethel Newcomb; his daughters, Naomi DeGroat (Tim) and Rachel Reinsfelder (Peter); his siblings, Jay Newcomb (Christy) and Jenny Dittmar (Zach); his granddaughter Emily; and his siblings' children, Charlotte, Kaden and Cole.

In lieu of flowers the family asks donations made out to Torbert Funeral Chapels, 61 S Bradford St Dover, DE 19904 to help defray funeral costs.
