It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse Stroman Jr. (Dover, Delaware), who passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (410 Fulton St, Dover, DE 19904). A burial will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Delaware Veterans Cemetery (2465 Chesapeake City Rd, Bear, DE 19701).
