It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse Stroman Jr. (Dover, Delaware), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his children, Michael Stroman and Valerie Stroman Bouldin; his son-in-law Richard Bouldin Jr.; his parents, Jesse Stroman Sr. and Laura Arrington; his brother Leroy Arrington; and his brothers-in-law, James Spruill and Edgar Berry.
He is survived by: his wife Hattie Virginia Stroman; his son Miles Stroman; his grandson Darrel Stroman (Janae); his great grandchild Curtis Stroman; his sisters-in-law, Bessie Mims, Jannie Berry and Daisy Spruill; Arielle Naylor (TJ), Jesse Stroman, Domonique Stroman, Jared Stroman, Richard Bouldin III, Thaddeus Stroman and Arianna Brooks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
