With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Kathryn Edwards of Dover, Delaware, born in Showell, Maryland, who passed away on September 22, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Collins and Delphine M. Hudson Collins; her former husband Robert A. Bragoz; and her husband Eugene L. Edwards. She is survived by: her daughters, Joan E. Bragoz Siler (Tom) of Dover and Jacqueline R. Bragoz Estes (Herbert) of Synder, OK; her stepdaughters, Janet Harker (David) and Jeanie Burr of Junction City, OR.; her grandchildren, Justin Messick, Kyle Siler, Alison Saul (Branden) and Cerrah Hembroff; and her great grandchildren, Kelsey Messick and Conner Higgs.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joan's honor, to Victory Chapter #15 OES - 1478 Wyoming Mill Rd, Dover DE 19904, to be used towards the Chapter's charities.
