He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frank Daniels and Rosalee Elizabeth Simmons Daniels; his former wife Maude Daniels; and his aunts, Lillie Mae Mumford and Fanny Mae Daniels.
He is survived by: his children, Joyce Harmon (Fredrick) of Hartly, Delaware and Danny Daniels of Frankford, Delaware; his nephew David Short; his wife Valerie of Fruitland, Maryland.; and his siblings, Nelly Daniels and Charlie Daniels. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
