He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond M. Harbeson Sr. and Elizabeth Harbeson (Davison). He is survived by: his wife Mary McDaniel Harbeson; his children, Rebecca A. Cronk (Patrick) of Endicott, NY and J. Matthew Harbeson of Camden, DE; his grandchildren, Tyler and Miranda Cronk; and his siblings, Raymond M. Harbeson (Ellen) of Dover, DE, Ronald L. Harbeson of Newark, DE and Barbara H. Draper (Bill) of Wilmington, DE. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
