He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Jennings-Seabrook of Dover, DE; his children, Keith Seabrook of Philadelphia, PA and Tami Brown (Steven) of Dover; his sister Janice Tennant of Philadelphia, PA; his grandchildren, Michael, Kimberly, Terravious (RayRay), Natuan and Christian; his great grandchildren, Xymir (Xy Xy), Zaiki and A'zaia; and his nieces, Jacqueline and Jeanette.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Torbert Funeral Chapel, 1145 E. Lebanon Road, Dover, DE 19901, to help defray funeral expenses.
