Joseph John McLaughlin Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on September 6, 2022, at the age of 82, Joseph John McLaughlin of Dover, Delaware, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael McLaughlin and Elizabeth McLaughlin; his grandson Michael McLaughlin; and his siblings, Michael, Elizabeth Cunningham, Francis, Bucky, Alma, David, Catherine Gentile and Rosemarie Hargest.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret McLaughlin; his children, Mary Margaret O'Sullivan (Patrick), Joseph Edward McLaughlin (Michelle), Marie Ann Thompson (William) and Gerald McLaughlin (Marie); and his siblings, Gerald McLaughlin, Margaret Thorton and Mary Ellen Capanigro. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Holy Cross Church.
