She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Rhodes and Elizabeth Grace Rhodes; and her husband Louis Oliphant. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Jean Antal (Raymond) of Dover; her siblings, William Rhodes (Sandy) of Camden and Carolyn Rhodes of Dover; her granddaughters, Stephanie Black of Dover and Heather Parkhurst of Dover; her great grandchildren, Kalib Parkhurst of Dover, Edyn Poole of Dover, Sydnie Focht of Dover and Troy Focht of Dover; her great great grandchild Jasmine Elizabeth Rose of Dover; and her nephew Alissa Rhodes (L'Rin George).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Wesley United Methodist Church, 209 S. State Street, Dover, DE 19901.
