It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Pratka Vogl (Dover, Delaware), who passed away on March 16, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Levi Vogl; and her son Richard Vogl. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia and Jeanne; her sister Martha Gilly of Hellertown, PA; her son Paul; her daughter-in-law Svetlana Vogl of Smyrna; her daughter Kathy Pizzadili of Rehoboth Beach; her son-in-law John Smart of Cape Coral, FL; her daughter Mary; and her sons-in-law, F. A. Frattarelli of Meridian, ID and Dusty Carnahan of Dover. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
