He is survived by: his wife Doris Lynch; his son Forrest (Terrical); his stepdaughter Dominique; his grandchildren, Jassien, For'mann, Xavier, Anajah and Kyhjeir; and his siblings, Adolph, Stanley, Phillip, Wayne and Sharen. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and a host of family and friends.
