She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Adams and Frank Brusgatis; her husband John J. Butler, Jr.; and her siblings, Patricia Scharer, Sandra Stiles, Mary Loper and John Mueller.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory J. Butler (Linda) of Oakbrook, IL and Susan L. Butler-Long (Ernest) of Camden, DE; her brother Ronald Mueller of Newark, DE; her grandsons, Eric M. Long (Lauren), John G. Butler (Emily) and Patrick C. Butler (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Jack B. Butler, Lucy M. Butler, Knox M. Long and Easton A. Long; and her stepgreat-grandson Skylar J. Hale. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and their children.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19901). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
