Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Katherine Celeste Slavin of Dover, Delaware, who passed away at the age of 88, on March 16, 2024. She was predeceased by : her parents, Alois C. Schlott and Veronica Schlott. She is survived by : her husband Joseph F. Slavin; her sisters, Marie Decker and Sandra O'Donnell; her sons, Kevin J. (Wendy) of Hackettstown, NJ, Timothy A. of Dover, Alois C. (Catherine) of Clarks Summit, PA and Peter F.; her sister Paula Hammond of Littleton, CO.; her cousin Lynn McCaffrey of East Chester, NY; her niece Karen Pelkey (Decker) of Corvallis, MT; and her grandchildren, Josh Deuel, Kate Burns, Sarah Guzman, Sean Slavin and Alaine Slavin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (3816 E State St, Hamilton Township, NJ 08619). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
