Kathleen C. Hansken Obituary
We bid farewell to Kathleen C. Hansken of Dover, Delaware, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 20, 2025 at the age of 76. Kathleen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Kathleen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kathleen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her son Robert; and her parents, Donald Scherer and Wanda Scherer. She is survived by: her husband John Hansken; her children, John (Alexandra) and Carol; and her daughter-in-law Darra. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. Gabriel Roman Catholic Church (233 Mohawk Ave, Norwood, PA 19074). A Mass will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
