He is survived by: his wife Tina Sander-Loftus; his daughter Julia Athena Loftus; his stepsons, Michael Anthony Sander and Marius Sebastian Sander; and his siblings, David Loftus (Diane), Brian Loftus (Lucy), Patricia Matthews (Jim), Kathleen Stewart (Geoff) and Mary Ellen Doran (Mark).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:15 PM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19901). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 3:15 PM at the same location.
