He is survived by: his parents, Michelle Renee Wigfall (Wisher) of Salisbury, MD and Kevin Marcellus McKinney (April) of Wyoming, DE; his grandparents, Irene Bibbins (Carl) of Cheswold, DE, Valerie Meekins (Ron) of Dover, DE and Kevin Hall (Thelma) of Wilson; his siblings, Matthew Wisher of Bury St, Ebony Melendez of Felton, DE, Kevin McKinney, Jr. of Tulsa, Nigeria and Faith Keys of Dover, DE.; and his godmother Kathleen Raiford. He is also survived by niece and two nephews, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
