She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Morris Negrin and Sarah Negrin; her husband Mark Mougel; her sister Alice Siler (Duane); her nephews, Jeffrey and David; her brother Jay Negrin (Linda); and her nieces, Beth and Allie.
