With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lee F Slaughter Jr. of Dover, Delaware, born in Smyrna, Delaware, who passed away on September 24, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee F. Slaughter and Edna B. Slaughter; his brother-in-law Neal Carter; and his nephew-in-law Brian Miller. He is survived by: his sons, Wade Slaughter of Dover and Paul Slaughter of Florida; his siblings, Terri Carter of Dover and Mark; his sister-in-law Brooke Slaughter of Florida; his nieces and nephews, Kim Kilby (Steve) of Milton and Kris King (Bill); his great-nephews, Matt of Dover and Nick Miller of Dover; his nibling Rhys Slaughter (Kelly); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gray of Florida, Leo of Florida and Halle of Florida; and his nibling Breck Slaughter of Florida.
Because of the wonderful care Delaware Hospice provided, the family suggests contributions to Delaware Hospice, Dover Office, 911 S. DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901.
