She was predeceased by: her parents, Palmer Walls and Matilda Walls; her husband Albert Price, Sr.; her sons, Wayne Price and Charles Price; and her great grandchild Lyneah.
She is survived by: her children, Albert (Amy) of Tampa, Bob Price Clayton (Lynn) and Diane Price Kurtz (Allen); her grandchildren, Jennifer Price (Joe), Jason Kurtz (Alicia), Tricia Furr (Tim), Kim Pepper (Anthony), Danielle Martino (Ed), Lucy, Jamie, Faith, Rosa, Heather Long Harris (Dashon) and Allen Long; and her great grandchildren, Jason, Savannha, Josh, Kathleen, Eric, Jaden, Lenny, Miracle, Jamal Taylor, Gregory and Abby.
