We are sad to announce that, on September 19, 2020, at the age of 71, Lillie Rae Fabian (Dover, Delaware), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Cooper, Sr. and Roxie Kathryn Cullen Cooper; and her sister Melvina Lombardi. She is survived by: her husband Andrew John Fabian of Dover; her daughters, Danielle Aillet of Camden and Leslie McGowan (Colin Barratt) of Wilmington; her brother James E. Cooper, Jr. (Dorothy) of Dagsboro; and her grandchildren, Andrew and Allison Aillet.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the American Lung Association.
