It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Carol Smith of Dover, Delaware, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on August 20, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Irvin and Margaret Elizabeth Smith (Lundin); and her brothers, Charles Smith and William Olsen. She is survived by: her sister Marian Garrity; and her sons, Mark Puzzo (Ada), James Puzzo (Janice), Matthew Puzzo (Sherry) and David Puzzo (Avis). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
