With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucia Marie Abate of Dover, Delaware, who passed away on February 11, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis John Abate and Rosemarie Rizzo; and her niece Jessica Marie Abate. She is survived by: her husband Larry McGreevy of Dover, DE.; her children, Maximilian McGreevy of Jacksonville, FL, Rosemarie McGreevy of Los Angeles, CA and Lucia McGreevy of Raleigh, NC; her siblings, Peter Abate (Regina) of Wilmington, NC and Christina Kane (Jason) of Greenwood, DE; and her nieces, Christa Abate, Elena Abate, Regina Abate and Sierra Kane.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the American Lung Association.
