She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Christian Effinger and Mabel White Effinger; her husband David Moore, Jr.; and her siblings, Esther Effinger Fairbrother, Joseph Effinger and George "Micky" Effinger.
She is survived by: her children, Betty McAllister (Mark Aytch) of Warwick, David Wayne Moore (Dani) of Camden and Ricky Lee Moore of Dover, Delaware; her grandchildren, Lauren McAllister Conlon, Chase McAllister, David L. Moore and Christian Moore; and her great grandchildren, Colton Conlon, Caleb Conlon, Ryan McAllister, Landry McAllister, Savannah Conlon, Julian Moore, Layne Moore and Landen Moore.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Mabel's memory to Hospice, Kent County, Delaware; Meals on Wheels, Kent County, Delaware; or Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
