Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Marcia Leigh Waters of Dover, Delaware, who passed away at the age of 70, on November 25, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Ann Jensen (Towle) and Arild Jensen; her son Alexander; and her parents-in-law, Albert Waters and Carolyn Waters.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Waters; her children, Angelique and Jordan (Rachel); her grandchildren, Jonathan (Jenna), Chris Flagg-Parte (LeighAnn), Bethany Maldonado and Kari Maldonado; her great grandchild Rayna; her siblings, Jo-Anne Buswell (Dana) and Peter Jensen (Kathy); and her brother-in-law Dennis Waters. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19901). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in her memory to Christ Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 1374, Dover, DE 19903-1374.
