He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberta LaRue (Shull) and Gilbert W. Grimm. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Grimm; his children, Chad Grimm (Janelle) of Pottstown, PA and Natalie McGurl (Kevin) of West Grove, PA; his brother Douglas Grimm (Susan) of Denver, PA; and his grandchildren, Noelle, Kira, Josh, Avery, Marlaina and Ryker.
