She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, McKinley Dalcoe and Elizabeth Dalcoe; her daughter Keondra Denise Welch; her sister Janice Dalcoe; her great grandchild Trachaun Dalcoe-Palmer; her grandchildren, Cherone Dalcoe and Drew Dalcoe; her brothers, Anthony Dalcoe, Michael Dalcoe and Alton Dalcoe; her stepmother Janie Dalcoe; and also Melvin Moore. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, and many friends.
