He was predeceased by: his mother Phillis Mae Koontz. He is survived by: his father Jack Allen Egolf; his son Michael Egolf (Alaina) of Camden, DE; his sisters, Jackie Young (Marc) of Smyrna, DE and Debbie Shaffer (Thomas) of Harrington, DE; and his grandson Jordan Egolf.
