He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leo and Marion Parsons (Higgins); and his daughter Nancy L. Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Parsons; his children, Michael L. Parsons, Jr. (Carol), Shawn J. Parsons (Jessica), Timothy J. Parsons (Jamie), Sarah L. Parsons (Brian) and Kaitlyn T. Rodriguez (Enrique); and his siblings, William Parsons (Lynn), Marion Lane (Warren) and Suzanne Baker. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
