He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Rash and Barbara Rash of Wyoming. He is survived by: his wife Anita; his daughters, Amanda MacDonald (Allen) and Jessica Collins (Dustin); his sister Jill Knight (Bob); his grandchildren, Travis, Tate MacDonald, Abigail, William and Rowan Collins; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Burgess, Rob Franklin, Sara Knight and Josh Knight.
