She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Starke and Allen Starke Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Susan Starke, Allen Starke Jr. (Susan) and John Starke (Carol); her children, Rion Shields and Rebecca Shields; and her grandsons, Kyren and Kasen Shields. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
