It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Natalie Eva of Dover, Delaware, born in Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on August 16, 2025, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandfather Michael Miller; her stepgrandfather Keith Overson; her great-grandparents, Richard and Joan Wissell; and her father-in-law Milan Rouse.
She is survived by: her parents, Andrew Joseph and Elizabeth Jane Andrews Miller; her husband Michael Savon Rouse; her grandmother Cynthia Miller; her siblings, Mason Miller, Hannah Miller of Valley Falls, KS., Matilda Miller of Valley Falls, KS. and Claire Miller of Valley Falls, KS.; her mother-in-law Miah Rouse; and her siblings-in-law, Joshua Rouse, Isaiah Rouse, David Rouse, Alaiah Rouse and Naomi Rouse.
