She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hobteld and Nellie Hobteld; her husband James L. Baker; her sister Margaret E. Denison (Charles) of New Smyrna Beach, Florida; and her great grandchild Abel Alan Heller of Camden, Delaware..
She is survived by: her children, Nanci E. Glindmyer of Harrington, Donna B. Heller (Jeff) of Magnolia, Delaware and Richard J. Baker (Rhonda) of Marianna, Arkansas.; her grandchildren, Erica Richard, Bradley Heller (Destiny), Kimberly Palermo (Michael) and Brian Glindmyer (Emily); and her nieces, Margie Hill, Linda McKeddie and Dorothy Custer. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; two step-great- granddaughters.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19901). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
