He was predeceased by: his sister Bernice Burke-Payne. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Carl Jenkins II (Mary Jenkins), Larry B. Jenkins, Neville and Cap; his wife Helen Burke; his daughter Linda Fitzgerald; his grandchildren, Tiffany Jenkins, Kenneth Fitzgerald, Irvin Fitzgerald, Derrick Jenkins and Carl Jenkins III; his great grandchildren, Briana Peebles and Jared Thomas; and his nieces and nephews, Brian Payne, Myke Payne (Sheila), Janice King, Brenda Hansley and Karen Payne. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews and great grandchildren.
