He was predeceased by: his parents, Cordelia Rochford, and Charles Rochford, Sr.; his brother-in-law Alan Silberski; and his nieces, Heather Ridgway and Alexandra Rochford.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Neal Carney of Dover; his daughter Erin Carney Redick (David) of Dover; his siblings, Joan Silberski of Lake Wales, FL, Gregory Carney (Barbara) of Smyrna, Dinita Ridgway (Floyd "Perky") of Cheswold, Lisa Rochford of Dover and Charles Rochford, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Hunter and Stephanie Redick of Dover.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Doggone Happy Animal Rescue, Inc., PO Box 596, Greenwood, DE 19950.
