She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Gancarz and Sarah Gancarz (Patterson); and her siblings, George Gancarz, John Gancarz, James Gancarz and Alice Loch (Gancarz).

She is survived by: her husband Art; her children, Susan Nicol (Dave), Carol Hrupsa (Frank) and Robert Adams (Lisa); her grandchildren, Lee McClister, Katie Comegys (Justin), John McClister (Jessica), Thomas Adams and Nicholas Adams; and her great grandchildren, Brynlee Comegys, Lane McClister, Reed Comegys and Emersyn McClister.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites relatives and friends to donate to Delaware Hospice.
