She is survived by: her husband Harold Thomas Welch "Tom" of Dover; her daughter Catherine Garthwaite (Beth); her son-in-law Ian Garthwaite of Puglia, Italy; her son Michael Dundie of Pleasantville, NY; her stepchildren, Steven Welch, Laura Wisk and Anita Welch; and her grandchildren, Philip Dundie, Julian Dundie, Katie Lynn and Sam Lynn.
